Before you write — quick answers
My exam is not in the list
Email us the exam name and a link to the official notification/photo instructions — we'll add the preset, usually within a day. Meanwhile, use the Image Compressor in custom mode with the dimensions from your notification.
The portal still rejects my file
Double-check the portal's stated limits — some portals show KB limits per document type on the upload screen itself. If our preset differs from the current official notification, tell us and we'll correct it immediately.
Do you store my photos?
No. All processing happens in your browser — nothing is uploaded to our server. We couldn't see your photo even if we wanted to.
