By using https://exam-photo-resizer.in ("the Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Free service

All tools on the Site are provided free of charge for personal use — resizing photos, signatures and thumb impressions for exam applications and government documents. You may not resell the Site's output as a paid service, scrape the Site, or embed its tools elsewhere without permission.

2. No warranty on specifications

Exam boards change photo/signature specifications from time to time. While we update presets against the latest official notifications, you are responsible for verifying the requirements in your own exam notification before submitting an application. The Site is not affiliated with SSC, UPSC, IBPS, RRB, any state commission, or any government body.

3. Your content

Images you process remain yours and, since processing is in-browser, never reach our servers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any image you process.

4. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Site, including but not limited to rejected application forms, missed deadlines, or fees paid to third parties.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code and content are the property of the Site owner. Exam names are used solely to identify the relevant specification and remain trademarks of their respective organisations.

6. Changes

We may modify these terms or discontinue any tool at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
